Our Mission
The Change Factory is a global awareness platform built to help youth and young adults rise into the best version of themselves. Founded in 2009 in Bradenton, Florida, what started as a flag football team quickly became something much bigger — a movement that develops character, builds leaders, and transforms lives, one person at a time. Our motto says it all: “Spark the Mind That Will.
You don’t need more information. You need someone who will sit with you, challenge you, and walk with you until you believe in what you’re capable of.
The results speak for themselves: boosted self-esteem, sharper focus, greater accountability, and a renewed sense of purpose. Our clients leave sessions not just with goals — but with the vision, the plan, and the belief to actually achieve them. Because when a young person truly sees their potential, nothing can stop them.
Our History
THE SPARKt
Started 2009
It started on a football field. T.A. Frost founded The Change Factory in Bradenton, Florida — not as a nonprofit, but as a team. A group of young people who needed more than plays — they needed purpose. TFC became known as the platform that developed leaders.
THE MOVEMENT
2023
What began as a community effort became a registered nonprofit. With $2M in foundational support, The Change Factory launched its 1-on-1 coaching platform — bringing structure, intention, and real resources to a mission that had always been personal.
THE FUTURE
2026 & Beyond
Today, TFC is growing — with over $15M projected in community investment and a commitment to reaching more young people than ever before. One conversation, one life, one future at a time.
